Visiting speaker to discuss Lawton ‘Artists’ Books’ show
In conjunction with the present artists’ book exhibition at the Lawton Gallery, a special artist’s talk is scheduled for 4 p.m. Wednesday (Oct. 24) in the gallery. Max Yela, special collections librarian at UW-Milwaukee, will give a talk about artists’ books titled “Reading the Book (and not just its contents): The ABC of Artists’ Books.” This public lecture is free and open to the public.
