Picture this: Generations learn together during Grandparents’ U at UW-Green Bay
There was a class for every interest — and every age — at Grandparents’ University 2014, held July 10-11 on the UW-Green Bay campus.
From nutrition to rocketry, game theory to geology, nearly 200 grandparents and grandchildren enjoyed multigenerational fun in learning during the two-day program.
This was the eighth year for UW-Green Bay’s GPU, which has grown from 80 people in five or six classes to more than double that in 12 different on-campus offerings. Grandparent/grandchild pairs can attend as commuters or spend the overnight in the UW-Green Bay residence halls, offering yet another taste of campus life.
More information about GPU is available online.
