The Spartans are the Big Ten champions and were ranked No. 12 in the final AP Top 25 poll of the regular season, one spot ahead of Green Bay. The game, potentially the biggest in 40-plus years of Phoenix athletics, will be cablecast via ESPN2 starting at 8:40 p.m. Tuesday.
