Chamber’s ‘After Hours’ program comes to the University (Globe, that is)
The Green Bay Area Chamber of Commerce takes its “Business After Hours” program to Globe University, 2620 Development Drive, from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Wednesday (March 14). The monthly sessions typically offer an opportunity to network with others while taking a tour of a local business. Info from the Chamber on this coming week’s event promises refreshments, appetizers and “faculty of Globe University available to answer questions and provide information about our programs available for students. Tours will be available, during which time community members will be able to see… state of the art technology used in classrooms and our laboratories, where students practice hands-on learning.”

About that membership: Wednesday’s catered reception/tour at Globe is billed as being free for Green Bay Chamber members and $30/person for prospective members. Because UW-Green Bay is a corporate member, any UW-Green Bay employee can be eligible to attend various Chamber events. Some of the events, but not all, are free of additional charge. If you’re interested in being added to the Chamber’s event mailing list, or would specifically like to RSVP for the March 14 event, feel free to contact Marilyn Heim of the Chamber.
