Big weekend for women includes Pink Zone game

Shooting to repeat as champions, the Green Bay women’s basketball team (8-2 and atop the Horizon League) will host a pair of important conference games this weekend as it takes on second-place Cleveland State (8-3) on Friday evening and fourth-place Youngstown State (7-3) on Sunday afternoon at the Kress Events Center. Sunday’s game against Youngstown State also marks Green Bay’s annual PinkZone contest, with pink and green commemorative uniforms, auctions, raffles and more, and giveaways to fans.
