Center for First Nations Education to host a hide tanning demo

You’re invited to attend a hide tanning demo hosted by UW-Green Bay’s Center for First Nations Education on February 3 and 4 from 10am – 2pm! Taking place in Phoenix Park, this event features the Coordinator of Health & Wellness for the Ho Chunk Nation, Jon Greendeer.

Serving as the Coordinator of Health and Wellness for the Ho Chunk Nation, Jon Greendeer focuses on holistic wellness among the Ho-Chunk and larger First Nations communities. His work and knowledge in hide tanning is highly regarded and sought out.
