Sodexo adds manager, chef to campus team

General Manager Kevin Gilligan announces the two newest additions to the Sodexo management team on the UW-Green Bay campus.

Jill Cascarano, retail manager — Jill has been working with Sodexo for 3 years as a retail manager in the Health Care Division. She also has many years in the foodservice industry. Jill is a former UW-Green Bay student and is looking forward to giving back to the university community.

Fazli Ademi, executive chef – Fazli, a native of Macedonia, will join the team on Monday (Nov. 10). Fazli comes to UWGB from the 1951 Rock Garden restaurant/conference center where he has been the executive chef for 6 years.  Prior to that he owned his own restaurant.  Fazli brings an exceptional palate and many years of experience to the campus.
