Seeking applicants for Sagers’ scholarship honoring Weidner

The Cofrin Center for Biodiversity and the Office of University Advancement are promoting and publicizing the new scholarship created by emeriti faculty Prof. Paul Sager and Prof. Thea Sager. The scholarship honors the memory of Chancellor Emeritus Edward Weidner and his commitment to UW-Green Bay and the Cofrin Arboretum. The Sager Scholarship will go to a UW-Green Bay undergraduate who has demonstrated excellence in student research. The recipient will receive a $500 award for the spring semester. Applications for the scholarship must be received by 5 p.m. Monday, Dec. 15. The winner will be announced a week later. Please let students know of this scholarship opportunity.
