Brown-bag Lunch on TAUWP, unionization
A session that is free and open to the UW-Green Bay campus may be of particular interest to Faculty and Academic Staff who now have the option to unionize. The Academic Staff Professional Development Programming Committee has organized the program on Tuesday, Nov. 9, from noon to 1 p.m. in Alumni Room A/B on the second level of the University Union. Individuals from the Association of University of Wisconsin Professionals (TAUWP) and its parent organization, the American Federation of Teachers (AFT), will discuss the process of collective bargaining and follow with a question and answer session. For more details, see the Academic Staff blog.
