The Phuture is now — well, Tuesday, anyway

That’s right, Tuesday (Oct. 11) is the first of this year’s two Phuture Phoenix tour days, when some 1,400 fifth-graders from at-risk schools in Northeastern Wisconsin will get a glimpse of a “phuture” that includes higher learning. The program, which boosts post secondary aspirations for kids as young as kindergarten, will mark a major milestone this week as it welcomes its 10,000th tour-day fifth-grader.
