Reminder: Brown County STEM Innovation Center Media Event and Open House

On Thursday, Oct. 10, 2019 at 12:30 p.m., Brown County Executive Troy Streckenbach invites media to attend the ceremonial public opening of the Brown County STEM Innovation Center.

Officials representing the Brown County STEM Innovation Center partners, the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and the Einstein Project, as well as Wisconsin Department of Administration secretary Joel Brennan and retired KI CEO Dick Resch will join Streckenbach for this event. The media will have a photo opportunity featuring rockets, along with a tour of the Brown County STEM Innovation Center and one-on-one interviews with speakers.

There will also be an Open House from 6-8 p.m. featuring the following:

  • Building Tours
  • Hands-on projects with Einstein Project
  • Engineering faculty will be doing demonstrations
  • UW-Green Bay Admissions will be on hand to share more about STEMprograms at the University.

These events will be located at the Brown County STEM Innovation Center at 2019 Technology Way Green Bay, Wis. 54311.
