UW-Green Bay Education program restructure approved

UW-Green Bay’s Education program received approval from Wisconsin’s Department of Public Instruction (DPI) for phase 1 (of 2) for its restructuring plan. Under the Wisconsin Administration Code, the new rules for teacher preparation, all Education programs were required to make modifications and seek approval from the DPI. Professor Pao Lor, chair of the Professional Program in Education, worked with faculty and staff over the year. Phase 2 will involve working with the departments in teaching licensure, including but not limited to Science, Art, English, Music, Social Studies and World Languages. Kudos to all involved.
