Chu presents ‘Keeping Remote Workers Mentally Fit’ in next Expert Spotlight

Alan Chu is the Expert Spotlight for October. The Chair and Assistant Professor of Sport, Exercise, and Performance Psychology at UW–Green Bay, will be discussing ways remote workers can keep mentally fit in a time of COVID-19 causing lockdowns, anxiety, and deaths. His presentation is Thursday, Oct. 8 at 11:30. COVID-19 has changed the nature of work. While remote work may enhance flexibility, it may also cause remote workers to lose valuable connections and contribute to stress. Chu will share how spoAlan Churt and performance psychology principles can help. He will also provide resources and tools as takeaways.
