In the news: Lawton exhibit features graphic design works, opens Thursday
An exhibition that opens Thursday (Sept. 13) at UW-Green Bay’s Lawton Gallery got some ink this weekend (Saturday, Sept. 8) in the Green Bay Press-Gazette. John Rieben, Prof. Emeritus at UW-Madison, will display his works in “Design with Intent: 5 Decades of Design for Communication,” described as a retrospective of the former graphic design professor’s works. Longtime Press-Gazette reporter and critic Warren Gerds mentioned the exhibit in his column, noting Rieben’s international scope and artistic renown.
