Hoewisch (now Ratka) joins Bollant staff at Illinois

As Celeste Hoewisch, she earned basketball accolades and a bachelor’s degree (May 2011, Human Biology) at UW-Green Bay. She’s Celeste Ratka now, and a newly appointed member of the basketball support staff for former Phoenix Coach Matt Bollant at his new program, the University of Illinois.
