Outdoor BBQ and ice cream sale Friday is fun, and a fundraiser

There will be an outdoor BBQ this Friday (April 27) from 12:30 to 3 p.m. in the University “Quad.” This event is hosted by UW-Green Bay’s chapter of Tri-Beta, a national honor society for the biological sciences. There will be a band, Strawberry Jam, along with food and drinks. There’s also an ice cream sale, with proceeds benefitting a diabetes treatment fund. The celebration is a prelude to the induction ceremony of new members, which will be held later that same day.
