Spring has sprung! Shorewood Golf Course is open

Many in the University Community look to Shorewood Golf Course opening day as the truest sign that spring has arrived… so it’s good news, then, that Shorewood officially opened at 11 a.m. Wednesday (April 1, no fooling). While the course is open this week, there’s still only a limited menu in the clubhouse. Spring golf rates are in effect:  $13 per nine and, when the course dries out enough to allow it, $20 for a round with a cart. Students can play nine for $10, walking. The Clubhouse Restaurant will begin serving a full menu Monday (April 6) with plans to be open daily for lunch and until close and on weekends — weather permitting — through April.
