New policies involving package shipments

Already broadcast campuswide but repeated here for the record:

The Mail Center informs us that “FedEx Express, Overnight, and any of the two-day services have made a change in their notification requirements for pick-up from the campus from 2 hours to 4 hours. This means that pre-labeled, ready-to-ship packages will need to be received in the Mail Center by 11 a.m. so we can call in the pickup by the deadline in order for the package to go out that day.  Packages that need paperwork and or packaging will need to be at the Mail Center by 10:30 a.m. to allow for extra time for processing.
