Anderson gains promotion, new title as budget director
Richard (Dick) Anderson, UW-Green Bay’s bursar since 2001, will begin new duties Feb. 1 with his appointment to the position of university budget director. His hiring, announced today (Jan. 4) by Vice Chancellor for Business and Finance Kelly Franz, caps a national search. He is also a veteran of the U.S. Navy, having served during the 1980s as a supply corps lieutenant, purchasing officer and materials and logistics specialist with the shipbuilding operation in Bath, Maine, among other assignments.
