Leadership Certificate series opens Tuesday

The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay Small Business Development Center has announced its 2010/2011 dates for the Supervisory Leadership Certificate Series.

The series is designed to help supervisors increase production and provide greater employee satisfaction due to fewer employee problems and less turnover. The series begins with “Supervisory Leadership I,” one of the core sessions in the program. The two-day session is offered this Tuesday and Wednesday, Sept. 28 and 29, at the Business Assistance Center, 2701 Larsen Road, Green Bay.

Electives and the second core session are offered monthly throughout the year.  Participants have up to three years to complete the series, consisting of two required courses and four electives.

Participants can register for courses without completing certificate requirements. All courses are $425 per person. Discounts for groups or multiple registrations are available.
