Lowery also speaking about black aviation pioneers

Prof. Vince Lowery will be speaking on Feb. 25 in the SkyScape Theatre of the EAA AirVenture Museum in Oshkosh about the struggles of black aviation pioneers such as Bessie Coleman and the Tuskegee airmen. Prof. Lowery’s speech is at 6:30 p.m. and is supported through a grant by the Wisconsin Humanities Council. It is the first in a series of free community workshops open to the public that will talk about the impact of flight.
