UW-Green Bay Police seek witnesses

UW-Green Bay Police are seeking any drivers or witnesses who may have observed a light colored minivan or a teenager riding a bicycle on Leon Bond Drive near the intersection of Bay Settlement Road on Friday (July 15) around 12:30 p.m.

At 6 o’clock Friday evening, the teenager reported to University Police that around 12:30 PM, while riding his bike on Leon Bond Drive near the Bay Settlement Entrance, was pushed inside a light colored minivan parked in the road of Leon Bond Drive at Bay Settlement Road.  The teenager reported that a single white male driver had unwanted sexual contact with him while the vehicle remained parked at that location.

The alleged suspect is described as:

  • A heavy-set white male, in his mid-30’s, 6-0 feet tall, wearing a red shirt and black pants
  • Driving an early 2000 model tan minivan, of an unknown make with unknown license plates

University Police are continuing their investigation, but request anyone who may have been near the Bay Settlement Entrance of the UW-Green Bay Campus, or Leon Bond Drive around 12:30 PM on Friday, 7-15-11 to please contact UW-Green Bay Police at 920-465-2300, ext. 2.
