First-ever Adult Education director, 84, continues to promote lifelong learning

The first-ever director of Adult Education at UW-Green Bay is going strong at 84, and emphasizing the importance of mental activity as people age. Marge Engelman, now of Madison, recently introduced a set of “mental fitness” cards designed to boost memory and offer a mental workout for older adults, according to a column in Tuesday’s (Sept. 27) Green Bay Press-Gazette.
