Fire Up! For the UW-Green Bay Phlash Dash 5K Run/Walk

Green Bay, WI — Gather your flock and join UW-Green Bay for the 2025 UW-Green Bay Phlash Dash 5K Run/Walk, a fun and friendly walk/run open to all – alumni, students, faculty, staff and friends of UW-Green Bay. Every step taken supports UW-Green Bay student scholarships and success. Sign-up TODAY! Details are as follows:

Location: Kress Event Center, UW-Green Bay Campus
Date: Sunday, October 5, 2025

Registration/Check-In: 8 a.m.
Run/Walk Start: 9 a.m.

Early Bird Entry (Includes UWGB knit pom beanie and post-race food & beverages):

  • $15 for UWGB students and children under 18 years of age
  • $25 for adults

(Must be registered and paid by September 25, 2025.)

Entry Fee after September 25, 2025 to October 6, 2025:

  • $20 for UW-Green Bay students and children under 18 years of age
  • $30 for adults

Day of race registration will be available but may not receive UW-Green Bay knit pom beanie.

The UW-Green Bay Phlash Dash 5K Run/Walk is a fun, non-competitive, non-chip timed event that is open to all UW-Green Bay alumni, current students, faculty & staff, families, and the general public. All are welcome to attend. Don’t forget to wear your favorite UW-Green Bay gear!
