Women’s Network Employee Resource Group (ERG) –  Save the date events:

The UW-Green Bay Women’s Network ERG is planning two events this fall semester on September 27th and November 16th at 12 -1 p.m. in the Alumni Room (University Union, Green Bay campus) and/or Microsoft Teams.

September’s event is our Kick-off Lunch – Why this Matters!  Bring your own lunch to meet the ERG advisory committee (1-25 years at UWGB).  Besides meeting the members, we will discuss why having an ERG is important, upcoming activities and will end with a survey.

November’s event is What does the data show?  Please join Melissa Nash, Senior HR Officer, who will present campus data gathered to facilitate a discussion around what the data shows regarding the experience of employees at UW-Green Bay. The conversation will highlight similarities or differences in aggregated data results when considering self-identified gender.
