Website redesign for Pride Center ensures easy access to resources

At UW-Green Bay, we’re continually striving to empower and uplift underrepresented people. Our Pride Center exists to ensure LGBTAIQ2S+ students and staff have a safe, identity-affirming and supportive experience.

Our resources for queer people include Pride Camps for middle and high schoolers, a list of local and national organizations that serve to uplift and empower, opportunities to socialize and find your people, and SAIL, a campus housing option built for queer people.

To make a more inclusive campus, we also have to ensure allies are educated and supportive. Resources for allies include Safe Ally Training and links to the Trans Ally Guide and Family Acceptance, allowing allies build awareness to empower queer people.

Our Pride Center website is an important resource, as it serves as a resource library. The web redesign team recently redesigned it to make it more user-friendly. Check it out to learn more!
