The 36th Annual University Leadership Awards program will take place at 6 p.m. Friday, May 12 in the University Theatre, Theatre Hall. A reception will follow. The awards being presented are the Chancellor’s Medallion, the University Leadership Award, the Outstanding Student Award, two Student Nominated Teaching Awards and the Outstanding Student Organization and Organization Service Project awards. Online nomination for a University Leadership Award is now open

The online nomination process for the University Leadership Awards program (Chancellor’s Medallion, University Leadership Award and Outstanding Student Award) is now open. The process is secure and will have the most current information available.

Review the award nomination criteria on the University Leadership Awards Website – click on Fall Awards.

Step 1: Click on Nominations and log in using your campus log in credentials. Find a student to nominate by searching for his/her name or by viewing a list of potential graduates; add the student and award nomination to your nomination list

Step 2: Review your nomination list

Step 3: Submit your nomination list

You will receive an email confirmation upon completion. Important: Your nominations will not be submitted or saved until you complete step 3. You will be timed-out after several hours of inactivity and your unsaved nomination list will be emptied. Please complete all your nominations in a single session. Nominations can only be submitted one time. After you complete your nominations, any additional nominations will need to be sent via email to osl@uwgb.edu. To access the nomination site, you can find it on the Student Life website http://www.uwgb.edu/student-life/, click on University Leadership Awards then click on Nominations, or by clicking on the direct link https://sis.uwgb.edu/studentlife/awards/nomination/. UW-Green Bay students earn Chancellor’s Medallions, University Leadership Awards

Thirty-four graduating UW-Green Bay seniors will be honored Friday, May 15 with Chancellor’s Medallions, recognizing sustained academic and community achievement throughout their UW-Green Bay careers.

The students will receive the honor during the semi-annual University Leadership Awards program May 15 and will wear the medallions during commencement ceremonies Saturday, May 16. Another 43 students will receive University Leadership Awards during the May 15 program, recognizing them as undergraduates who have contributed to the growth and development of a student organization or who have exhibited a commitment to community service, while remaining in good academic standing.
