Student Athletes offer Parents Night Out this Friday

The Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) will be hosting an event titled Parent’s Night Out this Friday (Nov. 21) This event is an opportunity for kids grades K-6 to come and hang out with their favorite Phoenix Athletes, while parents enjoy an evening relaxing, somewhere else. The event at the Kress Events Center starts at 6:30 p.m. and lasts until 9 p.m., with registration starting at 6 p.m. The Phoenix student-athletes will watch your child for a small fee of $10 and $5 for each additional sibling. “This is a great opportunity for our Phoenix student-athletes to build a relationship with the youth in the community and give back to their biggest fans!”

Next Parents Night Out is Friday, April 11

The Student-Athlete Advisory Committee is doing another of its popular Parents Night Out (formerly Kids Night Out) evenings on Friday, April 11 at the Kress. The event from 6 to 8:30 p.m. allows parents and/or guardians to spend an evening relaxing or out on the town while their kids (K-6) hang out with some of their favorite Phoenix student-athletes, with basketball, volleyball, soccer, arts and crafts, movies and snacks. The cost is $10 per child but additional siblings can attend for only $5 each. More details.
