Campus Cupboard accepting donations

Please consider picking up one or a few of the needed items below to provide for students through the Campus Cupboard. Donations may be dropped off at marked boxes located in Student Life, Dean of Students office in the University Union, seventh floor of Cofrin Library, Disability Services, Health and Counseling, third floor Mary Ann Cofrin Hall Suite C, GBOSS and Career Services. If you would like to make a donation to the Campus Cupboard Fund, please visit the online donation page to do so. Make sure to select Campus Cupboard from the drop down menu. You can also drop off a check to the Advancement Office, located in CL805.

Food items in need:

  • Hot and cold cereal
  • Canned tuna and chicken
  • Pastas
  • Spaghetti sauce
  • Canned meals/soups (vegetarian and meat)
  • Rice and brown beans
  • Pancake mix and syrup (including sugar-free)
  • Jams/jellies
  • Peanut butter
  • Canned low syrup fruits

 Hygiene items in need:

  • Shampoo
  • Toilet paper
  • Dish soap
  • Laundry soap

Healthy Choices Task Force to present program on human trafficking on Tuesday, Nov. 27

The Student Affairs Healthy Choices Task Force is sponsoring the program “Human Trafficking: A Local Perspective” with Kim Sandstorm from Eye Heart World on Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2018 at 6 p.m. in the Christie Theatre.

Reminder: Inclusivity Fair is Wednesday, March 28

The UW-Green Bay Inclusivity Health Fair, co-sponsored by the Pride Center and the Health and Counseling Task Force, is Wednesday, March 28, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. This highly interactive event offers a plethora information and interactive events on health and well-being including massage, art, aromatherapy, Kress Center activities, free yogurt bar and much more. If your department or a student organization would like to have a vendor table so they can participate and get their information out to the campus, please contact Pride Center graduate intern Lane Morein at morelm24@uwgb.edu. Free and open to the public and all on campus.
