Tickets are still available for Theatre on the Bay’s annual ‘Christmas by the Bay’ event this weekend

The event is being hosted by the UW-Green Bay Marinette campus

Marinette, Wis.— Christmas is in the air and the Theatre on the Bay (TOB) is ready to share its seasonal favorite “Christmas by the Bay,” a collaboration with Children’s Theatre, featuring amazing local talent.

“The company and community look forward to this holiday showcase each year,” says Linda Hornick, Theatre on the Bay producer, “What better way to ring in the holidays than song and dance.”

Tickets are still available for performances Friday & Saturday, December 9 and 10 at 7 p.m. and Sunday, December 11 at 2 p.m. Visit the Theatre on the Bay web site for details. Visitors to the show will be able to view renderings of the theatre renovations scheduled for 2023 that features new seating and technology upgrades for lights, sound and streaming capability. Anyone interested in pledging to the “Take a Seat Campaign” to ensure sustainability of the theatre into the future may learn more online.

Theatre on the Bay is sponsored by UW-Green Bay’s Division of Continuing Education and Community Engagement, offering adults and youth opportunities to participate in theatrical productions. Since 1966, Theatre on the Bay has been a community treasure in Marinette with its home stage on the Marinette Campus.
