Tiny Earth: Student-Sourcing Antibiotic Discovery, Dec. 3 Green Bay West joins UW-Green Bay in quest for antibiotic discovery

Green Bay, Wis.—Join organizers for the Tiny Earth Winter Symposium, Friday, Dec. 3, 2021, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. (CST) via ZOOM. (The link will be provided upon registration). This international event is designed to showcase student research presentations as well as engage students’ families and friends in learning more about antibiotic resistance and the science of discovery.

The 2021 Winter Symposium represents an innovative commitment to showcase student research on antibiotic discovery to the international community of Tiny Earth students and instructors. As part of UW-Green Bay’s collaboration with Green Bay West High School teachers, Lisa Merkel and Bonnie Gonzales, students from West will present the research they conducted on the UW-Green Bay campus during the summer and fall of 2021.

Students and community members are free.
