Small Business Development Center offers team building program

GREEN BAY — The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay Small Business Development Center is offering “Developing High Performance Teams,” a two-day management program focused on the skills necessary to build successful teams.

One of the elective programs in the Supervisory Leadership Certificate series, “Developing High Performance Teams,” is offered Tuesday and Wednesday, May 12 and 13, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The course will be held at the Business Assistance Center, 2701 Larsen Road, Green Bay.

The two-day program will help managers learn how to create a team environment which fully engages all members, is focused on key results, and achieves production goals.

Participants can register for courses without completing certificate requirements. Pre-registration is required and seating is limited. All courses are $425 per person. Discounts for groups are available.
