Managing Projects program offered by SBDC

GREEN BAY — The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay Small Business Development Center is offering “Managing Projects,” a two-day management program focused on the critical skills to make projects run efficiently.

One of the elective programs in the Supervisory Leadership Certificate, “Managing Projects,” is offered Tuesday and Wednesday, April 7 and 8, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The course will be held at the Business Assistance Center, 2701 Larsen Road, Green Bay.

Participants will learn key concepts and skills to manage projects and the teams associated with them more effectively.

Participants can register for courses without completing certificate requirements. All courses are $425 per person. Discounts for groups are available.
