GREEN BAY – The Wisconsin Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay is offering “Leading with Integrity” for small business owners and their team members as well as supervisors, executives, young professionals, and emerging leaders within any organization.
Participants in this interactive workshop will learn how to develop a leadership foundation based upon their core values, traits that inspire, staying true to a mission, and planning with a purpose. These foundations lay the groundwork positively impacting employee performance.
The two-day workshop begins on Wednesday, April 13, and concludes on Thursday, April 14, and can earn participants credit toward a certificate in Supervisory Leadership. Workshop times are 8:30am to 3:30pm and take place at the Advance Business & Manufacturing Center at 2701 Larsen Road in Green Bay.
