Phoenix women inch closer to Top 25

The Green Bay women’s basketball team, fresh off a nice 53-43 win over the Wisconsin Badgers in front of a large crowd Saturday night at the Kress, have gained a few more points in the weekly Associated Press Top 25 poll. The 8-2 Phoenix have 43 points, the top program in the “Others receiving votes” category and within striking distance of No. 25 DePaul’s 71 points.
