Cofrin School of Business-sponsored gBETA hosts ‘demo day’

Cofrin School of Business-sponsored gBETA ​is hosting a LiveBETA​ ​(“demo​ ​day”) Thursday, Dec. 14, 2017 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the UW-Oshkosh Alumni Welcome and Conference Center, 625 Pearl Ave. Oshkosh. The​ ​five​ ​companies​ ​who​ ​participated​ ​in​ ​gBETA​’s first cohort ​will​ ​deliver​ ​five-minute pitches​ ​to​ ​an​ ​audience​ ​of​ ​mentors,​ ​investors​ ​and​ ​community​ ​members.​ ​There​ ​will​ ​be​ ​an opportunity​ ​before​ ​and​ ​after​ ​the​ ​presentations​ ​to​ ​mingle​ ​with​ ​the​ ​startup​ ​companies​ ​and​ ​other attendees.​ ​LiveBETA​ ​is​ ​a​ ​free​ ​event,​ ​but​ ​those​ ​interested​ ​in​ ​attending​ ​are​ ​asked​ ​to​ ​RSVP. gBETA​ ​is​ ​a​ ​free​ ​accelerator​ ​for​ ​early-stage​ ​companies​ ​with​ ​local​ ​roots.​
