Video: UW-Green Bay enters era of ‘Inclusive Excellence’

“When people think of diversity it’s often a racial concept, but for me diversity is all about meeting people who have different interests, different backgrounds,” says one UW-Green Bay student. Adds diversity director Deborah Rezac, it’s also about

New website describes how Inclusive Excellence moves beyond ‘diversity’

Inclusive Excellence is a planning process intended to help each UW System institution establish a comprehensive and well-coordinated set of systematic actions that focus specifically on fostering greater diversity, equity, inclusion, and accountability at every level of university life. A newly launched website (www.uwgb.edu/inclusiveexcellence/) explains all, shares a personal message from Chancellor Tom Harden, and offers resources.
