AIC hosts discussion tomorrow regarding events at UW-Stout, UW-Eau Claire

In light of the recent events at UW-Stout and UW-Eau Claire, UW-Green Bay’s American Intercultural Center personnel are planning an event to show solidarity and support for sister institutions. From noon to 1 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 9, there will be a brown bag lunchtime discussion about recent events, and the role the presidential election had on discussions related to race, gender equality and privilege, among other things.

Those attending will see a diversity video that was created by UW-La Crosse to educate students, faculty and staff on diversity and inclusion. That will lead into conversation on various issues taking place at UW schools. All are encouraged to join.
