Tory Ortscheid has resigned as UW-Green Bay’s purchasing supervisor, and his last day at UW-Green Bay is Tuesday, Nov. 2, 2021. Effective Nov. 3, 2021, the UW-Shared Service Procurement team will begin providing interim support including Procurement Services, ShopUW+ and Purchasing Cards. The UW-Shared Service Procurement team is comprised of Mike Morris, Dora Hohn and Eric Johnson.
The UW-Shared Service Procurement team is working with Tory get up to speed on our current processes and procedures. If you have Procurement questions, or are in need of support you should email firstname.lastname@example.org. The UW-Shared Service Procurement team will have access to our mailbox and will be responding to questions as quickly as possible. The process for submitting procurement card statements and receipts remains unchanged and should be scanned and emailed to email@example.com or sent via intercampus mail to the Purchasing Office, CL730.
