Chancellor has authorized office closures Friday, Nov. 23, but follow policy, please

Consistent with HR 14-17-3 Office Hours and Institutional Closure Policy, Chancellor Gary L. Miller has authorized the closure of offices, Friday, Nov. 23, 2018 for all four UW-Green Bay campuses. Please review the policy for specific application to your area. If you choose to work on that date, you must receive approval from your immediate supervisor and may be subject to reassignment based on institutional needs. Please note that areas which are identified as essential functions under the policy will be required to be staffed on that date. The provision of essential services on the branch campuses will be covered by the Green Bay Campus offices. Any employee who elects not to work Friday, Nov. 23, 2018 must take applicable paid time off or leave for this date, as this institutional closure does not represent an additional holiday. Please direct any questions regarding the application of this policy to your immediate supervisor. If questions remain, please contact the Human Resources Department for further assistance.

-The Cofrin Library and Informational Technology divisions have announced that they will be closed on Friday, Nov. 23, 2018.
