You have an opportunity to make a difference by donating food, preparing a meal or serving a meal for 250 people at the NEW Community Center on Friday, Oct. 28. Food donations of ground meat, boxes of spaghetti, cans of spaghetti sauce, lettuce, cucumbers, onions, carrots, #2 butter, baked cookies or bars and French bread are needed. Food donations can be dropped off at the Pride Center anytime, with a deadline of 4 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 27. Five volunteers are needed to prepare the food from 3 to 5 p.m. Friday, Oct. 28 at the NEW Community Center, located on 301 Mather Street, Green Bay, and four more people are needed to serve food from 5-6 p.m. This event is made possible by you; the Pride Center; and the Inclusivity and Equity Certificate Program.
