This Friday, Oct. 5, 2018, from 7 to 9 p.m. Theatre on the Bay on the Marinette Campus is hosting auditions for a radio play performance of Frankenstein on Sunday Oct. 28 (7:30 p.m.). Radio plays are performed live, onstage in front of an audience (one night only with donations accepted at the door in lieu of tickets). Scripts are read during the performance (so very little memorization!) with rehearsels only about three times the week leading up to the show. Low commitment for the actors but a fun way to get involved. Friday’s audition will be in the Fine Arts building on campus and will involve reading from scripts provided at the audition (come to the lobby and there will be signs or someone to direct you to a room). If you can’t make the audition for some reason but still want to be involved, contact Associate Prof. Rebecca Stone Thornberry at rebecca.stonethornbe@uwc.edu.
