Reminder: History-making Oshkosh mayor to present today, Sept. 24

Lori Palmeri will be at the Green Bay Campus to share her political journey in making Latina history as the City of Oshkosh’s first elected Latinx and woman mayor. The event is Tuesday, Sept. 24, 2019 from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. in the Christie Theater, University Union. The event, sponsored by Multi-Ethnic Student Affairs (MESA), Organización Latino Americana (OLA) and Women of Color (WOC), is in celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month. Free and open to the public.
