Reminder: Title and Total Compensation Study Open Forum, Sept. 22

The UW System is embarking on a complete redesign of its current classification and compensation structure. Are you interested in finding out more on the current status of the study? An open forum will take place on Friday, Sept. 22, 2017 from 10 to 11 a.m in the 1965 Room. Register today to attend. The goal of the Title and Total Compensation Study is to modernize the existing title and compensation programs which will, in turn, attract and retain the best talent for the organization. The study is underway and has now moved into Phase 2 of 5, focused on assessment of current positions and modernizing the job title structure.
