System appoints Associate VP for academic/faculty program

Stephen H. Kolison, Jr., has been appointed the UW System’s associate vice president for academic and faculty programs. He will join the staff on Sept. 29. Kolison has 17 years of experience as an administrator and faculty member in higher education. He is currently the dean and research director for the Institute of Agricultural and Environmental Research at Tennessee State University. Kolison will provide leadership in the planning, development and review of academic and research efforts.
