Mark your calendar: Campus Closet Swap is September 25

The Campus Closet is ramping up for the biannual Clothing and Household Swap which is scheduled for Monday, September 25, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Organizers are seeking gently used (or new) clean clothing for all ages, and household items that can benefit a residence hall. Of particular interest: leftover rummage sale items and clothes, books, fall and winter clothing. Many students say this is one of their favorite events of the year, and that it helps them to have money for food and textbooks since they do not have to purchase items that are donated for the swap. Plus it is fun for everyone! Donations can be brought to the new Campus Cupboard/Closet location in Rose Hall 140, where your UWGB ID will give you access to the room. Items can be dropped off in the donation room on the right, and donation slips picked up from the table. If you need assistance with a drop off, or for planning a department collection event, please contact Stacie Christian, Director of Inclusive Excellence and the Pride Center at christis@uwgb.edu.
