UW-Green Bay alumna is CEO of top team at the 2019 European Innovation Academy in Hong Kong

Warsaw School of Economics graduate student Paulina Godlewska ’18 (Business Administration) was the CEO of the top team at the 2019 European Innovation Academy in Hong Kong. Her team’s startup, BotAid, helps university students navigate campus resources. The startup uses AI (artificial intelligence).

Godlewska is studying global business, finance and governance while working at Accenture as a finance controller. This year her study plan is to focus more on consulting. It’s a return trip for Godlewska, who attended the European Innovation Academy in 2018 in Portugal with Courtney Gersek ’19 (Business Administration), Leah Zorn ’18 (Business Administration), and entrepreneurship lecturer Ryan Kauth, who served as a chief mentor.

The European Innovation Academy is the largest tech accelerator for college students in the world, developed by Google, Stanford, and Berkeley. Students from all over the world gain real-life experience in building their startup and being an entrepreneur.
