Spinach-$4/bag
Enjoy some large leaved spinach! This beautiful green spinach is an extremely nutrient-rich vegetable. It packs high amounts of carotenoids, vitamin C, vitamin K, folic acid, iron, and calcium. It is mild enough to toss in any smoothie to increase your daily vegetable intake! It is also great to incorporate in salads, pasta dishes, and more!

Mixed Greens-$4/bag
Enjoy this lovely mix of organic salad greens that have a dynamic range of leaf shapes and colors.The flavors are equally diverse: spicy to mild to slightly sweet. This mix includes red mustard, green mustard, arugula, Chinese cabbage, pac choi, and tatsoi. Varieties are subject to change depending upon availability.

Beets-$3/bundle
Enjoy a bundle of these beautiful deep reddish/purple beets. These beets are perfect pickled, fresh, cooked, or in borscht. Enjoy the health benefits of fiber, folate, manganese, potassium, iron, and vitamin C. Beetroots and beetroot juice have been associated with numerous health benefits, including improved blood flow, lower blood pressure, and increased exercise performance

Chamomile Flowers-$2/bundle
Looking for a way to relax on a breezy summer night? Look no further! Make your very own chamomile tea with these flower bundles. This is a great option for those of you who are looking to avoid the chemicals and additives that most store bought teas steep into your water. We will have the flowers bundles ready for you. All you have to do is pop the tops off, dry them for a few days, and that’s it! You’re ready to brew some fresh and organic chamomile tea.

Chives-$2/bag
Get a large bag of these chives which are a wonderful addition to many of your staple dishes. Chives are rich source of vitamin K, C, and folic acid. They are also high in minerals such as manganese, magnesium and iron. If you are worried about having too many you can always freeze some for a later date!

Potted Chive, Dill, or Cilantro-$8/pot
Get your very own little potted herb! This is a great choice for people who don’t have the space or time to garden but want the fresh taste that only hand picked herbs have to offer. You can harvest whenever you need from the comfort of your own living space. We currently have a selection of dill, cilantro, and chives for sale. Please specify in your email which potted herb you would like. A picture is included down below for further reference.

Dark Opal Basil Microgreen-$5/bag
Adds robust, sweet-and-spicy flavor and visual interest to summery cocktails and makes a colorful dessert garnish.

Mild Microgreen Mix-$5/bag
This blend of mildly flavored brassicas contains mizuna, cabbage, kale, and kohlrabi. Mostly green with a touch of purple.

Spicy Microgreen Mix-$5/bag
A colorful blend of red and green mustards with various textures. Spicy flavor pairs well with the Mild Micro Mix.

Red Russian Kale- $4/bag
Add some variety to your greens life with this kale. Stems are purple; leaves are flat, toothed, and dark green with purple veins. This plants also has leaves that are more tender compared to other kales. Great for salads and light cooking!

Arugula-$4/bag
This variety has long, dark, lobed leaves which add nice shape to salads. With fresh, tart, bitter, and peppery flavor my favorite way to incorporate these is in sandwiches.

PICKUP:
This Wednesday, June 19, 2019, from Noon to 1 p.m., please come to the plaza gardens outside of the University Union in between the Cofrin and Theater Hall. If it is raining, I will be outside the Union bookstore on the couches.

If you request produce, please remember to come pick it up so it does not go to waste. If these times do not work for you, please send me an email in advance with your order and we can arrange something!
