Memorial scholarship fund for Kurt Spielmann

The Kurt Spielmann Memorial Scholarship for music has been established in memory of Kurt, the son of UWGB staff emeritus Dan Spielmann (legal counsel and policy advisor to all six UWGB chancellors), who passed away recently.
