Meanwhile, Walker not counting on union savings this year

In a story that broke previous to today’s news from Dane County Circuit Court, Gov. Scott Walker is indicating he no longer expects to see the savings from forcing state workers to pay more for their health insurance and pension benefits before the start of the next budget year in July.
